Mr Hemanshu Jain is a Fellow member of Institute of Actuary of India and he holds Certificate of Practice in Pension and Employee Benefit from the institute
He has around 2 decades of experience in Pension and Employee Benefits Valuation. He has served helped clients with actuarial valuation services in compliance of Indian GAAP AS 15 (R), IndAS19 & International Accounting Standard (IAS-19 & IFRS). The Plans covered for this purpose are Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Defined Benefit Pension, Post Retirement Medical Benefit, Settlement Allowances on Retirement, Long Service Award Plans/Incentive, any other Defined Benefits not covered above. His clients are across industry ranging from schools/colleges to Corporates/ PSUs/ listed companies.
He also has immense experience Structuring and restructuring of Employee Benefit Scheme.
He has experience on Pension, Gratuity, Leave actuarial valuation for PSU entities.
Neelesh Tripathi

Neelesh Tripathi is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of India with over 10 years of experience in pension and employee benefits valuations.
He has extensive expertise across a wide range of actuarial assignments, including pension, gratuity, leave encashment, post-retirement medical benefits, interest rate guarantees, ESOPs, and warranty valuations.
Prior to co-founding Whitepaper Actuaries and Consultants LLP, Neelesh spent over six years with Mercer Consulting (India) Private Limited as a Business Operations Leader (Actuarial). During this time, he was actively involved in pension and employee benefits consulting, covering accounting, funding valuations, financial projections, and plan design. He also served as a lead specialist for US pension valuations.
Neelesh has worked with clients across diverse industries in India, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, bringing a global perspective to his actuarial practice.
Before entering the actuarial profession, Neelesh served in the Merchant Navy as a Second Navigating Officer with Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. Over a sailing career spanning seven years across the globe, he gained valuable experience working in challenging environments with multicultural teams. Inspired by Captain Nathaniel Bowditch, he transitioned to pursue a career in actuarial science.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science from T.S. Chanakya.

Preeti Chandrashekhar is a highly respected actuary and industry leader with over 35 years of experience in the actuarial profession. She brings deep expertise in employee benefits, pension consulting, and risk advisory, having worked with leading organizations across geographies.
She is also serving as the President of the Institute of Actuaries of India, where she has played a pivotal role in advancing the profession, strengthening governance, and enhancing its global standing. Known for her strategic insight and technical excellence, Preeti has advised corporates on complex actuarial and financial reporting matters under global accounting frameworks.
